The Coalinga Rifle Club has some upcoming matches that will take place in October and November 2014 at the Coalinga Rifle Range (Coalinga, CA), which might be relevant to SMGC members and patrons:
- October 02 through October 05 – Mid-State High Power Rifle Regional Championship (80NMC and EIC)
- October 23 through October 26 – Bill Chapman Long Range Regional Championship (1000 yard tournament)
- October 30 through November 02 – California State Long Range Championship
